We are experiencing the same issue as reported here: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/new-conversation-posts-not-showing-until-replied-to.165118/
The replies on PMs / conversations are suddenly not visible.
We have the latest version installed and we have tried rebuilding the conversations, after which the problem was resolved for a short while but reverted back after some hours...
