Is there global ignore yet?

I am wondering if since April 7th, there has been a modification made or an added built-in feature to globally ignore users. Does anyone know?

Quite frankly, I don't know. Could be one of two things: my ignorance, or the fact that I'm trying to do 185 different things at one time.

That you coded it yourself was one of many options. Contributing financially is obviously my favourite option (either directly, or as a donation to the charity in my signature), but there are all sorts of other ways to contribute. It is probably only a 15 minute job to be fair...
