Is "edit license details" the same as a license transfer?

I am already a license holder but already thinking of opening a new forum and purchasing a second license.

I wanted to test the waters of converting one site over to a forum and if that doesn't go as expected to "edit license details" to a second site (obviously returning the initial site to its original state pre-XF). However, if I do this once or twice, is it the same as a license transfer, i.e. need to wait 4 months and can only do it once; and if I do it once, am I ineligible to then sell it if the forum becomes unmanageable or turns out to be an endeavor that I don't want to pursue?

It is totally unrelated to license transfers.

You can edit the site title and site URL as many times as you like. You just need to ensure the license agreement is followed (as you already mentioned) so things like, only having one active installation per license, etc.
