Fixed IPs of media only being logged... randomly?

I have noticed that IPs for media aren't being logged all the time. I mean for example if I upload an image to my album then a moderator could see the IP that I used to upload that image... however sometimes the IP isn't being logged and the value of "Content IP" is blank.

They are definitely being logged correctly for all media but when the query returns the media (and associated records) the ip_id field ends up being null (because the ip_id field is null in one of the other tables) or it ends up actually being the ip_id from the album.
