Yes, you can.

BTW IPB does not charge for the change if you do not do it too often.
(Half yearly I think)

There is no domain name charge with xenforo.

A bit off topic, but here we go. The first domain change is free with Ipb and after that they charge you 15 dollars extra for all domain name changes, regardless if you do that too often or not.

Again, one domain change is free per 6 month renewal period. I don't see for me someone wanting to change the domain name more than 1 time per 6 months...
