But then again, they sold out on their pre-orders within a handful of hours, and reached a million of them by the end of the day. Not sure how that works, but .. that's what's being reported.

OK, so I'm going crazy. OTA updates won't work for developers, and I didn't get teh GM release. Yet they've removed any and all downloads... Possibly gotta plug my phone into iTunes? I'm annoyed at developer updating.

Surprisingly only took me about an hour to download on my horrible internet Now, for the moment of truth... *crosses his fingers*

Took for me 2 hours just to download.
Another 30 minutes to install with error,error,error...
Another 9 hours later it installed without errors the already downloaded file.

Downloaded last night - took about 2 hours. Installed this morning - took 10 mins, smooth as silk, no issues at all.

Installed without a problem. Took a total of two hours for download and install

Like I said, took 20 mins to d/l and install on iPad 2.

However - it took 13 hours to d/l and install on my iPhone - on a broadband connection. wow.

I've only found one problem as far as actually running it, but I can't really complain otherwise.

I decided to take the leap of faith and this upgrade basically decides whether I wait for the iPhone 5(supposedly March) or if I get an Android. I am going to lose all of my apps but it wouldn't be that hard to wait for them to be updated or update them myself(I doubt that much has changed with iOS5 that everything will break.

A lot of mine were apps from Cydia and I haven't synced my phone in a long time...
