Implemented Install Add-on ZIP via CLI

It would be nice to have a CLI command to install / upgrade Add-ons from ZIP-Files.

Ideally this could support processing a single Add-on by specifying a file or URL and multiple Add-ons by specifying a source directory or file / URL list (as a textfile).

This suggestion somewhat supersets https://xenforo.com/community/threads/add-xf-addon-download-cli-command-in-cmd-php.147739/ which unfortunately never got any interest.
