Just like we can upgrade add-ons via CLI with ZIP file as parameter, would also like to be able to do the same with XF upgrades,
php cmd.php xf-addon:upgrade /tmp/MyAddon-v2.2.16.zip

Would like to do the same with XF upgrades,
php cmd.php xf:upgrade /tmp/xenforo_2.2.16-Patch-1_[redacted]_upgrade.zip
