Third party Instagram Embed Doesn't Show Up

The Instagram embed was working on our website without problem. But since yesterday they stopped working. We don't have any addon for it. We're just using default one.

Essentially it's not possible for us to include Instagram embed support any longer. 2.2.1 has some changes to handle this a bit more gracefully (and the next release may have further changes) but unfortunately there's not much we can do to support this out of the box.

After registering an app and getting a client access token, is it possible to configure instagram to work again by creating a new BB code media site out of the box? Or does an add on need to be created to add support back?

@JoshyPHP did confirm that his addon should work fine after these Facebook changes because he doesn't rely on oembed.

Maybe Instagram should be removed from /admin.php?bb-code-media-sites/

@Mike Facebook and Instagram embedding requires registered Facebook app with App ID and App secret. Those details are already present if using Facebook connected account at admin.php?connected-accounts/facebook/edit

No need to drop support for it.
