Reply block sometimes doesn't show up

I've had a few members mention that the reply block will not work properly for them. I am investigating now whether this is a particular browser or other factor.

Apparently, the reply block will be white instead of light blue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Well I know on the PS3 and other outdated browsers that the tinyMCE will not show at all. I've taken the liberty of redirecting specific users to the mobile theme which seems to work?

Are you able to reproduce the problem yourself?

I have been unable to reproduce this person's problem. I assume it's a client issue.

I'm going to see if I can get the member to do a screen shot for me. I've not had any issue myself. I'll post it up here once I get more info.
