Fixed Insert Video post 2 time

When using Insert: Video then video post show 2 time. If not use Insert then video post will Attachments

That's not something I can reproduce here. Can you provide a video (hehe) of that in action so we can see the steps more clearly? Also which browser/OS versions is this happening on?

Attachments post are ok but when using Insert: Video will post 2 time. I am from Windows 10 with Mozilla Firefox browser latest version.

Ensure that video tags are converted from HTML to BB code even when they're entirely empty.
