Not a bug Inconsistency with Watched Threads Management

All other dropdown menus use title case for the links (e.g., Thread Tools), so this is inconsistent:

• Disable Email Notification
• Stop Watching Threads

Additionally, "notification" should be "notifications" because "threads."

You are working on threads, or multiples. Email notification is a singular item that is being referred to.

To be honest, I simply wouldn't expect to change cases of text unless they are glaringly and obviously inconsistent amongst themselves. The benefit of fixing would also considered against the "cost" of creating a new phrase (for translators), if necessary.
