XF 1.3 Include unsubscribe link in mails

There is no link for unsubscribe in the mails I sent. Where is the option to activate that so the user can unsubscribe ?

There's no option surrounding it. In terms of "watch" emails, they automatically include the link. In terms of admin-written emails, the best you can do is link to the correct page where they can disable the emails.

I am pretty sure I saw it and deactivated it when sending a mail, and I want to include it now.

Its an option that says "include unsubscribe link" or something like that just before sending a mail to all users, but I am not able to find it again...

There isn't an option like this in the core software. If you did have this it will be from an add-on.
