Inactive Members 4.1

No permission to download
Does anyone know if the features of auto mailing 30, 60 or 90 days has been implemented?

Thanks,
I believe yes. Up to 30 days. You can set your cron options via http://yoursiteurl.com/admin.php?cron/InactiveMembers/edit
Then be sure to select the Run Cron option in the Inactive Members options and the cron should run at the set time.

HTH ;)

Edit: Just got an PM from @tommydamic68 and he says:
XenForo only allows up to 30 days for Cron jobs. All you have to do is check in the Options of the add-on to have it run on the first day of the month.

I have a question as well... This add-on works great actually. I've customized the phrases to my liking. But for some odd reason - the actual email sends in all BOLD print. My questions: How can I style the email via .css? Which template would I need to edit? Is it even possible to style it?

Thanks,

J.

From the overview ..

How to edit the email message:

If you would like to change the email message, edit the following phrase:

inactivemembers_message

All phrases start with inactivemembers_ for easy editing.

Yes - I've edited the phrases to my liking. But it's the style that I'm concerned about.
It seems that the Inactive Members email is in all bold print:

inactiveusers.webp

And this is the styling of the default XF emails:

inactiveusers2.webp

So basically - I'm trying to make the styling (font size, font weight, etc...) exactly the same in the Inactive Members email as it is in the default XF email.
Any idea @Mouth? Thanks for your reply btw ;)

I believe you have to put your XF into debug mode, and then the admin CP has a new menu called 'development' (or similar) and from here you can modify email templates.

Ive tried using this on a BigBoard, and it timed out sending. Anyway to do it small amounts so I dont get timeouts?

If you use click tracking in Sendgrid 2.6 breaks all the links

I just sent out a limited email blast and people were reporting back broken links. ??? Using sendgrid.

Ok, turned off click tracking (which I want to turn back on shortly) to see if I can push the rest of these emails out and have the links stay intact.

@AndyB what does this option do?

I downloaded this plug-in yesterday, and setup was easy, permissions and figure out how the config was.
I sent out a test template for admin, which was OK, and changed all I needed for the mail to be proper before I sent to the inactive members.

Then when all done, and to my liking I sent it out to the users matching the criteria.
Today I got feedback that it was sent out successfully to members, BUT username was MIXED UP!

1 user got mail with another username on it?!?! I know this becuase he told me so, my fear is that lots of the mails has now been sent out to users with wrong username in the text. Is there a way to verify this? via logs or something?
For me this is a security issue, and not professionaly done, since they can reset password on their email with wrong username?

Please look into this, and other users of this plugin should cross check their own batches see if any members got mails with wrong username in it.

One more issue perhaps?

Is that one of my moderators, part of admin as secondary group, will get the mail saying "Hi Admin" and not "Hi username".
Would assume this goes for other secondary groups too? And all mods.
