Fixed Image Proxy fails on images with unescaped spaces

The first image has the URL:
http://status.mclive.eu/My Server /play.phanaticmc.com/25565/banner.png
and the second has the URL:
http://status.mclive.eu/My Server :)/play.phanaticmc.com/25565/banner.png

The browser will load both, however the image proxy will only load the %20 escaped version.

I believe I've handled this case now. I'm not just manipulating the URL for spaces, but the possibility of other non-escaped characters (that should be).
