As designed Image Proxy Doesn't Update New Images with the Same Link

If the link has the same path/image name, the old image will always be used.

For example, the NOAA uses all of their outlooks as the same link and image name. When you post the link, the proxy never grabs a new one, it just displays the old.

This is expected. The refresh is controlled by the "Image Cache Lifetime" and "Image Cache Refresh" options.

Caching is based on URL (there isn't really any other reasonable way of doing it).
