XF 1.1 I'm new to Xenforo. Any help?

I've been using XenForo for about a day for my new forums. I've got a few things i need to know

- How to a make a new page on nav bar?

- I've been using XenPorta and i have two home tabs on the nav bar. How do i fix this?

- On the 8WayRun.com website home page they have Upcoming Events and 5 revolving news topics and pictures.

1) There's an add-on which will make it really easy to produce new tabs for the navbar. Highly recommended, Nodes as Tabs: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/nodes-as-tabs.9/

2) To fix this, in your XenForo ACP go to Home > Options > Basic Board Information and clear the “Home Page URL” field. Doing so will remove the “Home” tab pointing to your home page and the remaining “Home” tab shall point to your portal page.

3) The creator of XenPorta has an Events add-on: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/8wayrun-com-xenatendo-events.99/

if you have XenAtendo installed than you should find an option to add the XenAtendo widget in the admin CP.

Nope. Looked all over the ACP and can't find it Do you have any idea hwere abouts on the ACP i will find it?

They should have an option to install module, block or widget I don't how it was phrase in his add-on
after installing the add-on

Installation:

• upload the contents of the attached zip to your XF root
• install from file on server: "library/EWRporta/addon-EWRporta.xml"
• set options for the portal in administration control panel
• set usergroup permissions for administration rights

if they are not pre -install you can find them in here
library>EWRporta > XML_Addons >either EventsUpcoming.xml or EventsCalendar.xml
