XF 2.2 New to Xenforo, Need Some Information

Does this platform have the ability when someone posts a thread, for every registered user to receive that thread in their email, including the administrator?

To add wording to the top of the Registration Form, stating we only accept institutional email addresses, what line of the registration form template do I add that wording?

As I explained in your ticket, only one email will be sent for each thread until you log in and read the thread.
