New to XenForo

Hello, I am completely new to XenForo, and this may be in the wrong section. Apologies in advance.

I've always been a fan of XenForo, but unfortunately for me, know nothing about how websites work or how to make them. What I am wondering is if I were to buy the stock $140 XenForo license, would Namecheap's Stellar (starter) package be able to bring my website to life, as in, host it and put it on the Internet? https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared.aspx

Secondly, if Namecheap's package can run my website, will this theme work with it, simply by installing it? https://www.themehouse.com/xenforo/2/themes/ui-x-dark

Thank you very much. I apologize for being very beginner, I hope this will not be an issue. I am very intrigued to learn and hear the conversation and open to all of your ideas and suggestions!

Yes, but it might be a bit slow if you increase your userbase.

Yes.

It should run it fine as a starter site. I had their version of that as a test bed when it was a $9.99 a year deal (2nd year was something like $20 a year and limited to 3 domains and 20GB which the Stellar seems similar). Once you see the site starting to grow, and get slower, simply have them upgrade it. If the site continues to grow eventually you would look at a VPS then a dedicated, but that would be down the road a bit.
Now I did find it did not play well with phpBB for some reason... quoting people caused issues, but it was only with the phpBB script that I found that occurring.
