Fixed  IE9 (beta) - no carriage return in editor

Yes, it's still in beta, but it might be worth keeping an eye on it, in case it crops up in IE9 released version.

When I tried creating a new post in IE9 beta, I wasn't able to get a carriage return in the rich text editor, the cursor stays at the end of the first line of text.

It's more than likely a problem with TinyMCE though.

I use a mixture of Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari, it's only IE9 beta that seems to have this problem on my bunch of browsers.
