This is probably the closest, since it's Xenforo style with the dark colors: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xf2-2-default-styles-free-no-template-edits.6756/

You can of course adjust the CSS colors to match your other board.

There are many "similar themes"... but some of them do require some tweaking to duplicate what you see on other sites.
That small segment of imagery doesn't give a lot to go upon.

I just played with colors to get myself colors I needed, it's relatively easy, if you only want specific colors. It's about an hour of work, or less, depending how complex you want to make it.

If you want some specific functions of skin, than give more than just an image.

Yes, the theme comes with a grid node layout. we don't have an add-on because each theme has its own grid layout.
