I need to know how to put my website online!!!

Hello,

I paid for my website (140$) its installed and all.
But I want to make it online. Because I Own a community and I want to make it with this awesome program. I am making the website well but I really want to know how to put it online!
Please help!

Website will be www.GoldRPCraft.com
But for only me (sadly) its http://localhost/GoldRPCraft/index.php

If you're trying to run this on your own personal computer, your ISP maybe blocking incoming port 80 as you have a consumer account. If you have a router, this is something you must also configure to allow.

If however you have a business account with your IPS, what web server have your installed? ... ie.... Apache / Apache2 / nginx and what OS?

FYI: It maybe also helpful to register that domain name... It's coming up un-registered.

I would suggest you register the domain name (fast) and seek a web host.

Hmm, you might need more help than we can give.....

Basic steps....
1. Secure a domain name (you did that, it looks like)
2. Pay for a server to serve the domain name
3. Point the domain name to that server.
4. Install XF on that server
5. Create a home page - or set up XF main page to be your home page....

If the technical parts of this are beyond you, definitely hire someone to get it running. I think some folks here can do it for you very reasonably if you post the job here...

To find someone to do it for you ... you might ask SchmitzIT. He's a nice chap. If time has any value for you .... you might just pay him to do it .... and pay a little extra to get him to tell you what he did (so you can do it yourself next time ?)
