Usually tickets are responded to within a few hours. Have you checked the link of the ticket you were given? Have you checked your spam box for the email notification of a reply?

Create a new ticket, and make sure it submits. You should get a reply soon.

Make sure talso that this account is associated with a valid e-mail address.

(I had someone once kept claiming they were not getting mails. They had used a disposable e-mail that was long gone... Something obviously you should not do on XenForo.com)
