XF 2.3 Can't Login ... I get this error window

I recently moved my forum from the root to a new community folder, now I get his error window and cant login.

Im able to log into the admin portal, but for some reason when I click on the user button regardless of who is logged in, it gives me the error above. And when I try to create a new post, it gives me the following error page below.

wow Ive never heard of that recommendation before.

So regardless of where I try to log in different browsers I get the same error as seen above.
