Not a bug HTML highlighting is broken in phrases

As said in title. In 2.2.4 i don't see HTML code highlighting in phrase text input:


In 2.1.x it works perfectly.
This is expected change or bug?

It was an intentional change.

Any chance to get rollbacked this change? This "fix" breaks autocomplete HTML tags. Or maybe just disable CodeMirror editor in all places only for iPhone (because some users can edit templates from Apple mobile devices)?
