XF 1.4 How to tell if watched threads are set to receive email notification?

How can a user see if their watched threads have been set to email notification?

You can visit watched/threads/all to see the list of threads you are watching, but nothing here tells you if the thread(s) are set for email notification, or only alert notification.

Yes, you can select threads (or bulk update all) and update to enable or disable email notifications, but that doesn't tell me which ones I currently have set to receive email notifications.
