How to style the Admin Control Panel? Can't use EXTRAS.css

Evaluating XenForo for clients, I'm running into this problem.
I can style the front-end by specifying CSS in EXTRAS.css, but that does not work for the Admin Control Panel. I need to expand the ACP back-end with customized functionality and therefor need to style ACP appearance.
EXTRAS.css is included in public.css, which applies to to the public end, not the ACP back-end.

How can I style the appearance of the ACP thru CSS?

Thanks, Eric.

Short answer, you can't alter the appearance of the ACP.

Longer answer, you can provide additional CSS for your own pages in the ACP by making new CSS templates as part of add-ons. However, any changes you make to the existing default XenForo admin templates will be lost when you next run a XenForo upgrade script.
