Hello,
To start off with I would like to say sorry, I am posting this in the wrong section knowingly. This is purely because I am an administrator rather than a customer and so, I cannot post in the correct section.
When attempting to open the control panel, only the website owner has been able to access it, both another admin and I (the only admins other than the owner) always recieve a message informing us that we are inputting the wrong password however, we always use our forum account's username and password.
What are we doing wrong?
