XF 2.1 How do you get a list of Add-on ID's via command line?

So the manual (https://xenforo.com/xf2-docs/dev/#add-on-management-commands) shows how to do a few things via the command line around add-ons (install, uninstall, disable) - all of which require add-on ID's.

How is one supposed to get said add-on ID's? Is there a way to the command line report back a list of installed add-ons and their ID's?
