XF 1.4 How can an admin send a conversation to all members at once?

As the topic says how can an admin of a xenforo powered forum send a conversation to all members at once?

As stated in the other thread, the only way is to manually add all member names to the recipient field.

If you are messaging all members, a better way would be to send an email to everyone using the facility in the ACP. If you want a dialogue, you could in the email point them to a forum topic to respond to. This could be in a members only forum if you don't want the public to see it.
