Have you seen...?

On his site, link on the first page of this post.

🤷‍♂️ I feel he should communicate if he needs an extended leave, but that is also up to the person himself. I do not feel he owes an actual explanation as people are demanding, as purchase of an add-on doesn't give you the right to know every detail about someone's life which is how some people act.

Even if he (or Max) post an update, people are still likely to be entitled *******s, but that's what I just come to expect of most people here.
Ok so if he is seriously ill or seriously injured he's not being an entitled person.

Stop with the insensitive comments.

So that other users are aware of XF core features: I have the ability to generate API keys for my forum users (attached example), or myself to automate tasks. I made the assumption that XF generates keys for well-known developers (or on request) so that they can consolidate their development work flow by alerting them of XF matters on their own proprietary system instead of hopping around from XF to their own support forums, and only come to XF when they're alerted by an API call.

If you are saying that Ozzy (or any developer for that matter) does not have an API key, or if they do, it logs requests differently than logging into the web interface XF forum, then I can lay this to rest.

Again, until Monday.
@frm

Addons are not API.

I don't think anyone is asking for details. Just a simple "I won't be able to help out for a little bit ... Please direct all questions to xxx. Thank you for understanding"

Everyone can rest now.

I would like to apologize to everyone for the lack of updates and lack of communication.

It's totally my fault, no one else involved in Snog's site had anything to do with the delays, I take full responsibility.

I've just been really busy at work, and in a bit of a rut, not wanting to do anything outside of my job and watching TV. But that is changing and going forward things are going to be a bit different.

From now on, @Painbaker is going to be taking care of day to day operations for all of our addons. He will be responsible for support and updating our addons. He is young and passionate about coding so I am 100% certain that you will continue to get the best quality like you are expecting from Snog's.

I will be taking a back seat and running the back end of Snog's. I will still be around if there is a conflict, payment issue, account issue etc.

Painbaker has already started rolling out updates to a couple of addons, there are many more to come, it will take a bit as we are trying to figure out the logistics of our addon update and licensing system on Snog's. As soon as I can get him to be a team member and access to the server, he then can post updates for our paid addons.

Awesome to hear from you and fully understand where you're coming from - been there and done it type thing. I can testify to @Painbaker who is super helpful and busts a gut to help you out. Fantastic team with a brilliant add-on set, and I'm sure with more to come. I cannot fault this amazing team. Great to know you're getting through the fog.

100%

Ah, good to see you back online @Ozzy47. I'm both happy and saddened by this news but having experienced @Painbaker's work first-hand through various custom works this year I know the quality and support will continue to go above and beyond. I look forward to continuing my support through customisation requests.

Most importantly though, take care of yourself :)
