Not really! @Painbaker asked him there on July 28th to activate the purchased add-on "Moderate New Replies In Thread" for me. Unfortunately, @Ozzy47 has not done that to date despite several requests. It's a shame that paying customers are treated like this.

Real life sometimes gets in the way, whether work-related, health-related, or whatever. At the end of the day, putting it into perspective, what you are talking about are only add-ons for a forum. If they are holding you back from upgrading your site disable them, look for alternatives, or simply wait. I'm sure Ozzy will update/upload his add-ons in due course.
He's not been active so there must be a reason as he's been one of the most helpful and active members on here over the years - not really anything that some people should feel the need to speculate or moan about.
Just a few weeks ago he refunded me (on the same day) when I accidentally double-paid for some custom work Painbaker did so I'm hopeful that he is just busy with work-related stuff.

That might be the case but if he's busy in real life he's not going to have time.
He may of logged in to see if he was needed.
i dont think the resources should be removed and idk what XF could be expected to do, but he should say SOMETHING. i dont really see any excuse for that.....i dont expect personal details but seriously this is very unprofessional....even a simple, "i have some personal stuff going on, idk how long it will last, but {xyz is being done, and im intending to see the update work completed, or....im not positive if i will be able to but im trying, or im hiring help as needed}....etc whatever....anything.....
some of the fixes are simple, i mean, if i can figure them out myself, painbaker or someone should be able to publish an id/name edit, its just confusing and weird......

How about XF? He hides the last login/online status here. That's not very transparent and misleading as to the status.

hes taken a pile of money from the community who have built sites around the code....and other codes hes taken over for other developers that may have believed they will continue to be supported....are they also in the dark right now?
i dont think, i mean even some rough vague if/else's about the plans, why is that a problem? so other people can plan accordingly, it seems like a basic respect and customer courtesty...if its bad news or really whatever its just best to not be silent as a rock several months after this major upgrade.

I just paid $120 for add ons that aren't supported. Had I done a little digging, I could've noticed the trend that they are essentially unmaintained and unsupported.
It was good of the OP to bring this to light.
When he does come back, do we get license extensions for what we paid for?
A lot of unanswered questions.
However, this thread serves the XF community at large if they are looking to purchase add ons at this moment — I would hold off until answers are provided. You don't want to buy an add on, at any cost, and find that it's unsupported by the developer, and the only people you can rely on are other community members as I have to get support on 4 of the add ons.
At one point in the past 2 weeks, you couldn't even download copies of purchased add ons from Snog, but that has been fixed. By who? Who knows. Are they fixing reported bugs? Who knows.
