Guest Notice not displaying

I have a notice set for guests only and it isn't showing up for me at all. The site is BeardedDragonForum.com. I just double checked all the display details. The notice is enabled. Notices are set to display... What am I missing?

Can you post an image of your notice configuration? There are too many options to even begin.

Make sure the notice is active, make sure the user is a guest is ticked, make sure there are no post/thread/gender etc criteria...

Just checking to make sure the code hasn't been removed from the templates.

A test notice with no criteria is not displaying...

The code for notices isn't on your style.

Try the default style, notices will show.

I'm using a mildly customized version of the standard default style... Which template has the notices?

Probably revert PAGE_CONTAINER:

						<xen:hook name="page_container_notices">
						<xen:include template="notices" />						
						</xen:hook>

Thank you! I reverted the PAGE CONTAINER template and also made sure the notices template wasn't changed...
