XF 2.3 Text editor not displaying + problems with upgrade

I am having a lot of issues on the forum following an upgrade to v2.3.3.

The first issue is that the text editor in the reply box under the messages is not showing up. The frame is empty.




If I click on Reply, then the rich text editor opens, but none of the buttons show up.



I have disabled all the add-ons and enabled the debug mode through the config.php, but I wasn't able to find what caused this.

Additionally I tried to upgrade one add-on ([OzzModz] Country Flags by IP Address) but it looks like the upgrade got stuck. Since then this error message shows up in the admin panel:

"One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state. Because of this, some errors may be suppressed and unexpected behavior may occur. If this does not change shortly, please contact the add-on author for guidance."



I tried many times to click on upgrade, but to no avail. I set Cloudflare in Development Mode, cleared all the Cloudflare cache, disabled all the other add-ons, tried to re-upload this add-on's files, but nothing will do. I am really at a loss of what to do. Nobody can post on the forum as the text editor is not working.

As you are using CloudFlare... disable Rocket Loader.

Thank you very much! All the problems were caused by RocketLoader! As soon as I disabled it the text editor worked again and I was able to upgrade the various add-ons and uninstall the one that wasn't compatible.
