XF 2.2 Text editor not displaying

IDK if its a bug or not, but since like a month ago my text editor became like this, no options no nothing, just title and text, I don't know how to fix it if it's a bug!
The bug reacts the same everywhere not just when replying.

Does this affect all users or just you and if it’s just you which device/browser is it happening on?

If it’s affecting everyone it could be related to JavaScript issues or missing files.

you are right, there are some errors, and affecting everyone, any ideas on how to fix them?

I'd reupload your javascript files and flush your cache.
