give correct error message instead of "oops"

If I enter a new resource without a file and forget to click on "not a file upload" option there is just the "oops" response.

It would be better to give a reason for the "oops" like "you forgot to upload a file" response.
 
We don't have any concept of just sending an "oops response". The title is generally "oops" and then the error message(s) will be displayed below.

This is what happens here if you don't add a file:

If you're seeing something different then you shouldn't be and you'll need to troubleshoot that further.
 
Just wanted to confirm that my style displayed-none the error message below. Thanks for the support on a saturday within an hour even when I was at the time without active license (I am now ! ).
