Oh by the way, I notice on this application you said the API utilised is "Search + Upload".I actually send the similar type of video (showing searching of gif - selecting + adding to post - publishing the post .
Still got rejected .
Here's what application setting I've sent with:
View attachment 236217
Is it fine ?
then I will try sending them request again .

This implies you're uploading GIFs to the GIPHY library. This isn't something we support.
That could be the reason for the rejection, initially.
We'll be documenting the process in more detail in due course and including it in the manual.
6 times I think is enough tries, if they don't get it or someone is just being a dork about what they want and I give them what they want, there's little I can do considering they are playing the same game with others. I thought it was just me but after trying that many times and then hearing others are getting the same run around, there is no point in using their Giphy. All I can suggest is you try again. Either something went wrong with the video upload or they've somehow managed to miss it.

Woke up this morning toThanks for help, I just resubmitted using your instructions so now we wait

Interesting.... I've had a Prod request for one of my sites sitting out there forever but never worried about it too much because it was a used featured (via TH's add-on) but the volume was never hitting the non-Prod ceiling limits. I resubmitted that site along with some newer ones using the video Chris mentions and, bam, about 24 hours later they all got approved in one batch. Made no other changes to my description or anything else, just attached the video instead of using one I created; didn't even attach the two optional images, just the video. It just needs to be a video of the GIF integration working.
Coincidentally, here's a video of the GIF integration working, from the first post in this thread:
Download it and send it to them.
I think the lesson to be learned from this is that you're better at making demo videos than some of us.Yeah the video should be enough on its own, but there were quite a few reports of the video somehow not being sufficient or apps otherwise not being approved so I thought it was worth adding them.
I made a video just like this and got rejected. Seems like a crapshoot. I will submit this localhost video and see what they do.It just needs to be a video of the GIF integration working.
