Alright, here i am back (again) with another help-request.
Before i moved from the webhost (which i was using until i decided to not pay for that anymore) and moved to a VPS the friendly URLs were working fine, now when i moved everything is working fine when not using user-friendly URLs, but when enabled i get the "Not Found" error.
Here's also some info, so you do not use time on things i have done already, still this does not mean that i think it is not worth mentioning them, i might have screwed up somehow.

- enable rewrite module ( a2enmod rewrite )
- get the .htaccess file inside the root forums folder
