Friend Inviter [Paid] [Deleted]

It's a little bit different...

It is picking up the OG description, but I'm actually explicitly passing some custom value via the Send API. I see this value appearing in my code and if I view the source of the Send dialog you can see it there.

So why it is ignoring it is still a big unknown. Especially when there has been no other reports of the same issue and everywhere else it seems to be working fine.

I just updated the image to over 200x200 - so that is fixed, But what about this:
Inferred Property:The 'og:description' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
Isn't that just a description? There's no place to enter one I think.

Got that error too when I was trying to figure out what's wrong with my Canvas app.

Does this addon have the ability to just paste emails into a field and send out invites like that? Also is referral tracking a planned feature?

It already has the first thing:

upload_2013-8-20_20-25-16.webp

Referral tracking will be considered in the future but I have zero ETA for this.

I would be reluctant to guarantee that.

It uses the default XenForo method for sending e-mails. What I'm not sure of is if it automatically makes use of the new mass mailing batch features of XenForo 1.2. And if that doesn't work and you start hitting server limits etc. I can't yet guarantee when I can add support for that (just being up front and honest).

You could try it out, if you wish, at http://xenmediagallery.com/friend-inviter.

But you probably don't want to be inviting thousands of people to my site (though, please do if they want a XenForo gallery ;))

Ok. I was trying to integrate my FB with Your demo site. It is asking me for permissions for Your app. How it looks when i buy this addon?

Does it asks for permissions that goes to my FB App ID or Yours ?

For me it's a deal-breaker. Best registration idea with only this so called issue. Im pretty careful whom i send my details :)

You create your own application in Facebook (there's instructions how to do that).

Your users then authorise your app.

Two things I'd like to see considered for future version..

If friend is already a forum member, they either don't appear on list or their picture is grey scale and unselectable.

Friends picture gains a ribbon "invited" when invite is sent by you to prevent inviting same person more then once.

Sorry I haven't yet responded to your e-mail and PM.

It does work on 1.2 because many people are using it successfully in 1.2.

Usually these errors relate to a mistake setting it all up.

It could also be something specific with your Twitter account.

Do you get the same issue on another site?

http://xenmediagallery.com/friend-inviter?

I thought support would have been easy after purchasing...
No it is not working and I have errors..
It sad to know you don't reply to your support emails or pm.
Will I be getting the support here?
If it is an easy fix I would really be thankful if you can assist.
Yes it does work on other sites with lower version but not for me on 1.2 or 1.21.

Thanks for finally responding

I can't test it myself as you have the add-on disabled.

My response is the same as the one I gave you previously (and you seemed to indicate it was working, maybe I misunderstood). The error message is clear: the redirect URL given to Facebook isn't correct.

I'd need to see screenshots or have access to your entire set up to verify the issue.
