MerciJe peux aider.
Merci à toi, mais je pense qu'il est préférable d'avoir d'excellente connaissance dans la langue française afin de pouvoir au mieux adapter les expressions au langage anglais.Je pense que je peux t'aider aussi, mais je ne suis pas française (j'étudie la langue au lycée et maintenant à l'université).
Je suis Americain/Tunisien. Français est ma 2emme langueMerci
Tu est français ? a tu un bon niveau d'anglais ?

humm ok, i will use that , thks BlandtThis is a proper xenforo language so it is really technical .. may I suggest ' noeud ' for node
and sibling node as 'un sous-noeud' .
I Emailed some Tunisian geeks waiting on their reply
bien sûr!Cette traduction sera-t-elle libre de droit ?
Yes I understand ... I try to translate without losing the meaning as well.1 suggestion..
For the non-admin part, I would use terminology that french people understand and use.. I know it is not allways politically 100% correct. But I hate some french forums where i have to lookup words (and I am french!!!) because I don't know what they mean. There are some french words that might be correct in translation, but that french users do NOT use in their everyday internet language.
So sometimes "un anglicisme" might not be the correct translation, but everybody would understand it.
This is only a thought, i appreciate what everybody is doing, but sometimes french translations, if they are really correct are not allways userfriendly.
I thought about this, because when i read "un sous-noeud" it is something, as a non-xenforo addict, would make me think of: "tête de noeud" or what ever.. loooool.
Ce ne sont que des idées qui me passent par la tête. Encore une fois, à tous les traducteurs: mille mercis!
Luc
D'utilisation en respect du copyright qui y sera ajouté oui, mais pas de redistribution.Cette traduction sera-t-elle libre de droit ?
Avec le mot "noeud" il faudra une explication de texte pour expliquer la phrase, qui pourtant en anglais est simple.Node permissions of a parent node are inherited by child nodes.
Noeud ne me plait pas trop non plus, difficile de trouver un équivalent@Blandt
Well for nodes, I would introduce a new terminology... (je dois avouer que je n'ai pas trouvé de traduc adéquate)
Car si dans l'ACP il faut explique quelque chose comme:

Je t'enverrai un message si j'ai des idées!
