Barely ate today, but the Red Wings game is on in about 45 minutes, and I want to catch a stream of it online if I can. Who needs food?

Last Night I made a Tandoori Chicken pizza, it was really yummmy!!!

Topped with fresh chopped mint and Chopped Cashew nuts.. mmmmmmmmmm

yeah, mint is a great flavour with Indian spices, so worked perfectly with the spicy Tandoori chicken.... but of course you wouldn't put mint on an Italian style pizza

OH lol, no, not that sort, the fresh leaf variety I was going to put fresh corriander (cilantro) on it too, but I was out of it

I also made some carrot cake last night. No pictures because it went missing between coming out of the oven and getting to the fridge .

I love carrot cake, haven't had one for years! Might have to make Carrot Cake muffins for the kidlette .. good idea!

Do you use oil? I replace oil with chunky apple sauce in most things I bake unless its really required.

Hmmm I have not tried the apple sauce.. worth trying.. I also use low fat plain yoghurt a lot in cakes/muffins in place of butter or oil

I also make some low calorie health bars in which I use steamed mashed (naturally) sweet pumpkin for sweetening and no sugar or oil at all.. those are really yummy!

It actually did have some very nice frosting... which I put on when it was still slightly warm, and it melted a bit unfortunately.. lol no one was complaining though
