Food Fantasia

:giggle:

Fortunately my son didn't have the milk and ketchup on his Hot Chips (French Fries, Frits, Chips) But I was still appalled that he fried up Chips for breakfast!

Once again went to the casino (Mohegan Sun) and this time ate at the buffet which is like the most ridiculous buffet ever. I don't have pictures because I used up my battery recording other things while there so when it came time for food the battery was dead. All I can say is that I ate everything and gained about 9 pounds there. I...got my money's worth :-) I am now going to take a couple days off from the casino before I go back to work but I will be missing the food amongst other things. I would name off everything but then I would be just making myself hungry again.

Oh YESSSSSS, I LOOOVE Mexican food! And that looks deeeeeeelish.
If you're ever up this way, have to hit Mexican Town down by the Ambassador Bridge. All the good authentic food is down there. I haven't been down there in ages, actually. Nobody else wants to brave it with me. :D My favorite place is El Zocalo. Their steak milanesa used to be so large, it hung over the edges of the plate.

Y'all are nutso.

Once again went to the casino (Mohegan Sun) ....
Connecticut? A friend of mine out there catches a few concerts there every so often. Can't say I've been to the Detroit casinos...the smoke alone would send me outdoors wheezing.

Yup. They do have a lot of events there and there is really a lot to do as well if you can find it....the place is ginormous.

Thankfully the ceilings are 60-100 feet high and they have an air-moving system that moves more cfm than my lungs will in my total lifespan lol...that and in the poker rooms (I don't play against the house on the normal gambling floors as I like to not gamble so much and when you play any game against the house there is predetermined overall odds before you even get into the game at all...in holdem against a max ten-handed cash game you have no odds until you see cards in your hand and then you can asses the situation and 8 times out of ten it is free to not invest anything in the hand) there is no smoking at all and there is no glass bottles but there is a couple of lovely women walking around offering back massages for players who have been there for hours not moving since they bring food and drink free of charge to you and if your doing well there is no reason to leave NL tables when people are limited to a small buy in amount which puts you at dominating the game via chip-stack. I don't like second hand inhalation of smoke myself but I am in fact a smoker and like the fact that you can smoke anywhere in the casino except the poker room or I would not be able to take it my damn self:-).

Ok lemme get off this poker thing...you are going to make me have to go back tomorrow while I'm still hot lol :-)
