I am not a pasta fan, but I know millions are :D

Tonight I am having another night off.. Jeff is cooking :D I am getting totally spoilt lately!
 
I don't remember if I've posted this dish before... so here it is anyway.

Smoked bacon, onion and garlic fried together then stirred into hot pasta with a fresh coriander pesto. Delicious.

Pesto is one of my fave things! Not a huge fan of pasta (as I think I have said a billion times lol) but that looks very yum yum!

I was lucky enough went to asian store this evening saw fresh Goat meat so asked them to clean up and pack some for me :P
 
I had a bun with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg slices, slice of belgium ham and dutch cheese, and bit of mayo - and a nice glass of water to go with it. Enjoying it on the balcony, despite the cold weather .. there was hardly any wind and i was all dressed warm. It was very nice to take 15 minutes to enjoy nature and see sun go down and the fluffy snow slowly falling down.

Last night my son cooked again, burritos this time :D

Well tonight the cupboard was fairly bare so I decided to go with a quick and easy pasta dish.

Fettucini with Chicken, semi-dried tomatoes little chilli in a creamy tomato sauce... was quite yummy, I haven't had pasta for ages but I did enjoy it!
