Lasagna and Salad last night! Layers of Bolognese sauce, pasta, creamed cottage cheese and mushrooms, topped with a layer of bechamel sauce and cheese.

The mushroom layer really added to the flavour, it was very rich.

Super yum!

Last Night no one felt like cooking, so we got fish and chips from our local and I threw together a Salad Caprese - was very yummy!
