Sorry he's not feeling good.Well last night we were going to have Chilli - but Jeff wasn't feeling well, so wanted something simple.. I made him savoury mince and mash instead. I just had some of the mince, no spud, as I am on a diet, (lost 1.2kg /2.6lb already this week - no doubt it will slow down though!) was pretty tasty actually, I threw in a can of lentils to make it a bit healthier and coz I like them.

I eat pie for breakfast on Christmas morning.
I do most of the baking for my family, and we celebrate the day before, and the day after (For the main family), so that my cousins and brother get equal time with all of the family.

Aren't you goodYeah, I am loving this spreading it out over three days we now do as well, the day after Christmas - 26th is called Boxing Day here and in Britain, not sure where else.. but it is another public holiday and is usually spent BBQing or beaching, or picnicing, love it!
I've been doing two apple pies lately, one made super tart (Because thats how I like it!), and a deep dish one thats more sweet and spiced.I always make a deep dish apple crumb pie, and a strawberry rhubarb pie.
