Went shopping earlier yesterday (Sunday) and found some very lean 2" pork chops which I'll be cooking with an apple cider/apple cider vinegar glaze tonight (Monday).
Haven't decided what I'll put them with, but thinking some roasted vegetables.

Probably having these (Junk food) because I don't want to bother doing anything that'll increase the heat in the house (Had the roof replaced last winter, and now all the heat just sits inside at my moms... Totally makes me miss the pool at my place).
I will be making ice cream if my brother is staying over tonight, or if he comes over tomorrow, and I'll take pictures of that. I need to make some new random flavor to make him test anyways.
