I actually use both, depending on what I'm making.We don't waste it.. someone else eats it and gets the fat and cholesterol

Theres actually a butcher that has about 15 different types of bacon near where my dad lives; if it wasn't a ~1 hour drive there, I'd probably be buying tons of bacon from him all the time.So all my American buddies tell meDear friend who was here a few years ago was incensed he couldn't get "real bacon" cooked for him

Thats what liposuction is for!Bacon is just the best thing ever... and yeah I would love to eat that fatty tail bit ... but it is just too unhealthy, and I am fat enoughlol
