Awesome can i get Recipe for this one

Will give it a try
Sure
Here is the basic pizza dough recipe that I make every Friday
http://www.masalamojo.com/?p=123
to make the Tandoori Chicken version... This makes a 400mm pizza that you can cut into 12 slices, scale down if you want less
NB - I used a pre-made Tandoori paste for this version for speediness, but of course you can make your own Tandoori spice mix
1 Chicken Breast (or two thighs if you prefer - marinated in Tandoori paste/yoghurt/lemon juice for at least 4 hours - then blasted in a hot oven until just cooked.
1 tomato chopped roughly
1 cup Sweet potato or pumpkin chunks steamed so they are just cooked
1/2 Red Onion chopped
1/2 cup or so of tomato puree mixed with a tablespoon of the Tandoori paste.
large handful of mozzarella cheese
To top the pizza..
Chopped Corriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped cashew nuts, plain yoghurt.
Method
Pre-heat oven to the highest setting - at least 250°C 500F
Roll a ball of dough about the size of a softball out thinly and put on your greased pizza tray, spread the Tomato puree/tandoori paste mixture evenly over the pizza base, then evenly spread half the cheese over the pizza base (this gives a good base for your toppings) Then arrange your bits of Tandoori Chicken, pumpkin, onion and tomato however it pleases you... top with the remaining Cheese.
Bake in your super hot oven for about 10 minutes ( keep an eye on it, my oven is really crap and might take longer/less time than yours )
When the pizza is done to your own taste, whip it out and drizzle the yoghurt over the top, then sprinkle with the fresh herbs and finally the chopped cashews - cut it up.. and EAT it
here is a little gif that shows how to put it together, this one is cajun chicken, but it is exactly the same process
Please let me know how it goes
