and by the way Kim, last night I grilled an amazing burger. It was the tastiest, juiciest, most fulfilling burger I've ever made. I should have taken a picture, but it was devoured shortly after I took it off the grill :D

Homemade burgers are fantastic :D try to delay gratification for a minute or so next time and get that pic :p hehehehe

We have Bison in large numbers here and in quite a few other plains states. Their numbers are growing.

We have Bison Mexican and Bison burgers.

It is very close in taste to beef.

Our dog is outrageous, she bounces around and does this mouth snapping thing to indicate she is hungry or wants food.. the first time she did it, I seriously thought she was possessed :o

OK.. dinner.. OMG it was soo good, I feel very very full now though, it was kind of a big eating day >_<

Filet Mignon, red wine jus, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli
