XF 2.1 First post is gone..

Since a few days i have the problem that the first post in the news forum is gone. The preview in the threadlist is visible, also the thread and the associated post could be found in the database. I don't know what happend?

Is it possible that this is happend with deactivating the Featured Threads add-on by @ThemeHouse ??

We don't make any modifications to the first post, we separate it out via the controller on request if the option is selected, this extension won't be in place if the add-on is disabled

It is very strange, thanks for clarifying @Jake B.

Its happend in every style, so i think it has nothing to do with template modifications.

You would need to test it without any add-ons enabled (you can disable all from Add-ons > Disable add-ons). Setting enableListeners to false in config.php is not sufficient.

You would also need to test it on a completely unedited default XF style. If you no longer have this, you can re-create it by creating a new style with "No parent".

Well this is really weird. I disabled all add-ons in acp, go to default style and the first posts are all visible.

I activate step by step all my add-ons, at the end i enable my custom style and all first post are visible. It's like it never happened...

I wonder if the template rebuild when you disabled an add-on didn't complete for some reason then

Maybe that could be the problem. I checked it with a little customized default style, but the first post was also gone.
